Ras Dewi Sant

To mark the celebration of St David’s Day,  ’Man-up UK’ organise the ultimate in a coastal path marathons. Taking in all of the historical sites of the patron Saint plus some of the most scenic views the UK has to offer. Full Marathon / Half Marathon

Man-up in The Mud

A 10K  Mud and obstacle Course, based at Pwllcaerog Farm (Celtic Camping). The course is over 6 miles of unforgiving land, which hugs the spectacular Pembrokeshire national park coast path.  Ian has been actively “avoiding these parts of the land because they are wet and miserable” now he’s actively seeking them out!

The MAY and DECEMBER mud runs includes trenches, ditches, ponds, mud, hills, hay bales, poles, water tunnels, electric shocks, skips, cargo nets, tyres, slides, trailers, pigs!! and whatever else we can think of!!

The Tour of Pembrokeshire

The stunning tour of Pembrokeshire offers a cycling challenge at three distances over wonderful terrain. There is 50 mile, 75 miles and the mind boggling 100 mile routes, though the amazing north Pembrokeshire scenery. This events grows bigger and stronger each year. It is brilliantly organised and enjoyed by all of the competitors.
